Terry graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and emphasis in Business Communications. This made him the first person in his family to earn a degree .
He then took that education and joined Bank of America in their training department. After a decade in Banking and Escrow/Title, Terry got his real estate license in 1997 and has been a full-time Realtor for the past 30 years, earning accolades as the #1 Individual Agent at multiple firms as well as #50 in the Top Agents in the United States for Keller Williams! As the Team Leader at one of the largest Keller Williams Offices in California, Terry was the #1 real estate agent trainer and trained over 1,000 agents during his tenure. Additionally, together with his co-Team Leader, he grew the office by over 163% in addition to managing the #25 office out of over 700 Keller Williams offices worldwide.
Terry is now back to being full-time agent at eXp Realty. Additionally, Terry uses his construction background as a project manager for a commercial construction company and has become an avid house flipper. Terry loves to use his knowledge to help others navigate repairs on their own homes!
